The hiring manager called me and told me a little bit about the position. He then asked me a few questions. He finally invited me to come in for a 1:1 interview. I was there about 30-45 minutes. He was very thorough with the job duties. I then told him how I would fit in with the company and the position. He said I was his first interview and he would be interviewing the following week as well. The people seemed very nice. There is no 401K. Small company doesn't offer much as far as benefits, but does offer some overtime from the sounds of it.
