Felt rushed through the phone call like the interview was an inconvenience. Then there was zero follow up. I felt very disrespected, as if my time wasn’t important. My suggestion to any hiring manager is to be thoughtful to job candidates. The energy that you put out during these interviews then becomes the perception of the organization.
