I applied through other source. I interviewed at National Center for State Courts (Williamsburg, VA) in Aug 2022
Interview
Interviews are remote. First meet with someone from HR and then get interviewed by who would be direct supervisor. Managers get to work fully remote and Program Specialists are hybrid but this is not a good practice.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How you handle working with difficult people only to find out it is the employees that are the difficult ones.
Generally straight forward and organized. Process took several weeks. Managers were interested in subject matter expertise, communication and language skills. Job is done in bilingual and multilingual setting. Unlikely to move forward with interview process without these core skills.

Interview
The process was straightforward and streamlined. The recruiting team is very professional and was able to manage the on-boarding process in a timely fashion. There are three or four rounds of interviews starting with HR all the way to program managers and senior operations managers.
