National Aquatic Centre interview questions

I applied to the position online. After a few months I received an email with an interview invitation. The interview took about one hour. There were two hiring managers and the whole experience was very informal. The hiring managers asked about previous experience and coaching methods. Then they showed around the facility and the interview was over.
