I was called in for an interview with the Supervisor of the Internet Service Department. It was approximately 45 minutes with questions ranging from my experience with media and would I be comfortable with graphic content (concerning movies I'd be dealing with).

The interview was a group style interview. We got a brief run down of how the company was ran and what was expected of us. We then were given a role playing sheet and individually had to audition to proceed or not proceed.

Interview and 2 weeks later you have an another interview with the manager of the department and the Bookkeeper that you will be working for. Then give them a date you can start.
