Interview
I met with the husband and wife team in their office. They asked me some questions and went over the daily procedures. I told them what I could offer the company. They called me back for another interview and even took me to lunch. Lunch was awkward and the owner seemed to get mad that I didn't eat a lot of my meal (I was nervous). After that, I never heard from them again. It's very rude to take up 2 hours of someone's time and not even call them back to tell them they didn't get the job. After they didn't call me back, I am glad I didn't get the job. It shows lack of character on their part.

Interview
Basic meeting with a manager. Was asked a few questions about my resume and told about the store and expectations of employees. Fairly simple overall. Good experience and the easiest interview ever. I was semi-casual in khakis and a nice shirt. Don't wear jeans or flipflops or a suit.

Depending on manager, this will either be a meet and greet to make sure you are presentable, or a basic interview with common cust service questions.
