After submitting CV for prospective Job received interview call from prospective line manager, after filtration was recommended to senior manager related to department. After successful interview got a call from HR & final negotiations were done.

How would you cut down at non-performing loans & turn the provisions into profits
Mostly technical knowledge is tested, which includes Accounting Standards, Financial Management related concepts. There are usually three or four technical rounds. There is usually management round in which someone from senior management asks general management questions. The HR round is focused mainly on interests and try to figure out the stability of the candidate.
