I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nassau Country Club (Locust Valley, NY) in Jun 2011

Interview

There was a training day and a probationary period. But no set interview. I was recommended for the position by a member of the club and then sent out to carry a round for one of the club pros. He approved me and I started working there the next day.
