Sent a cover letter and resume via email. Was contacted and had one phone interview and then came into talk about specifics in person. Very large amount of paperwork once you are accepted. You need a background check and the process took several weeks because only one person in the office processes background checks. So it took longer to start work than it did between applying and interviewing.
