I applied to Narravero and was contacted by HR to set up a first online interview with the COO. The interview itself was positive but felt rushed. Immediately after it ended, I was sent a task to complete. I completed the task and sent it the next day. The COO responded immediately with extremely positive feedback and invited me for an onsite visit in Münster. I traveled from Berlin to Münster and booked a hotel at my own expense. The onsite meeting went well, and the COO promised that I would receive a decision by the end of the week. The week ended with no update. I followed up two days later and received a vague response: "thanks for your email, we will get back to you asap." Another week passed with no response. I noticed on LinkedIn that they had hired someone else. I then withdrew from the process and requested reimbursement for my travel and hotel. The COO sent a template rejection email, ignoring my efforts traveling nearly 1000 km just for the interview, the repeated delays and broken promises from their side, the complete lack of transparency throughout the process, and the positive task I had completed for them. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the delays. I feel this was a bullet dodged. They only confirmed reimbursement after I specifically asked for it, and the money did not arrive until I chased them again a week later. Lesson learned: Narravero is misleading, dishonest, and does not care about candidates' time, effort, or experience. I strongly advise anyone against applying to this company.
