A Narmi recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn for the Chief of Staff position. They communicated a timeline of when I would hear next steps. I never heard from the recruiter again. I reached out to follow up, a second timeline was communicated and passed without any communication. I never heard back from the recruiter again and didn't bother following up a third time.
An interview is a candidate's first look into how an organization is run. My advice to Narmi, get stronger recruiting processes in place and be more transparent and responsive to candidates. Even if a candidate isn't moving forward they deserve open communication, especially if you seek them out for an initial call.
