It is very important to us to conduct face to face interviews so that rapport can be built during the process. We feel that it is also important for our candidates to experience the fantastic environment and facilities we have at our Company, but it also gives the candidates the experience of the journey so that they can make an informed decision as to whether they can do the journey on a day to day basis.
I apologise that you did not get any feedback from your interview. We endeavour to feedback to all candidates who are invited to interview, which is sent via the agency that are representing them. I am sorry that you did not receive this.
