Lots of phone calls, probably had 5 with my direct chain of command and several others that were more informational with other teams. No zoom and nothing in person other than one informal drink with future TM

The interview process consisted of 4-5 interviews. They were relatively casual until you get to HR when they ask behavioral questions. They want to make sure you are a hard worker and fit on the team vs asking hard questions under pressure.
