It was pretty quick. First a phone interview and then an in person to follow. Management is nice and easy to talk to. Felt like a casual conversation. They want to get an idea of your personality.

They asked a lot of open ended questions to get you talking and see your personality.
It is pretty nice and easy going. Questions like previous experience will be asked. Regional manager is easy going. He will ask you how would you drive up the sales.
Question then I had to take a dexterity test. I got hired on the spot because I answered the questions very well and connected with the interviewer. The supervisor was the one who timed me on the dexterity test
