You really just find anyone in the company and say you're looking for a job. The "interview" if you have one is basically just a formality. I've never heard of anyone not being accepted for a job. Also, you can start working at strategic times when they have trouble finding lifeguards to negotiate higher hourly pay. Base pay is around $9, but if you're strategic you can negotiate past $13.
