Really nice people, the interview lasted over an hour. They answer all your questions, and are super polite. I would highly recommend NWESI. I had a great interview experience with them.
Onsite group interview with CEO and Division Manager. General personality questions and inquiries about related work experience and education. It was a professional and welcoming interview process overall. Great office!

Interview
Go to the Headquarters; Sit down with two or three senior employees and CEO. Generally ask you if your comfortable with some of the scenarios you might find yourself in. Ask about your degree. Ask about any relevant work history. If you are highly experienced with relevant certifications, be prepared to be quizzed for an hour on any and all subjects related to your certification.

Are you OHSA certified? Have you worked on a construction site? Have you worked in a manufacturing facility? Are you afraid of heights/ tight places? Have you worked with fall-arrest before? How do you calculate the area of a circle?
To be payed adequately:
How do you calculate the propellor size of a fan? How do you calculate the temperature of a fluid given x,y,z? How can you measure the speed and velocity of air or a fluid moving through a confided space? What type of pressures can me measured in a moving fluid?
