HR has directly called me and asked when is my available dates for interview. Told her the dates and arrived on the said date. Interview was fast and clear and signed the contract right after.
Interview process and hiring took 1-2 months including medical checks. It's quite a standard package for anyone that enters. Starting pay they offer is $3.7k without anchor operator experience. The principal was upfront about the workload and expectations.

Interview
They would ask for your experience and knowledge as a preschool teacher. They would get you to explain your understanding on the job scope as a preschool teacher. Usually the centre principal would be the one interviewing you, and most of the time that is the centre you will be posted to. So far, the CP that interviewed me was quite calm and respectful.
