      Water Standards Lead Interview

      Jun 24, 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Ann Arbor, MI
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NSF (Ann Arbor, MI) in Apr 2021

      Interview

They had me do 4 interviews, plus a brief phone call with a recruiter at the start of the process. Each interview was fine, but the real issue was the lack of communication between interviewers. I was first told it was 100% remote, which was the reason I was interested, but later on I found out that it might not be fully remote from another interviewer. After all was said and done, they didn't offer me the position, but I had to email them two weeks after my final interview to learn this. I was told that the recruiter 'forgot' to email me, which is slightly frustrating.
