Interviewed by panel, some were Instructors some were administrative. Mini lesson followed by questions. Nothing earth shattering. "Tell me about a time". When it came to asking them questions I was surprised to see that they use no web based course management system.

Interview
Very casual, I knew all the people interviewing me and felt comfortable. The kind of questions you would expect to asked for the Instructor job. Overall, a little casual because you think you are doing well and I didn't get the job.
