i got selected by computer typing speed and my communication skills.I got quality champ certificate for my best quality of work .if any employee works very hard and he is continue working with quality then he will ensure got appreciation from management.

Only 02 rounds of interviews. HR and OPS. Hr asked about self family backgroud and many normal questions. While the process management asked about the experience and bpos. What is customer delight, bpo and where do you see your self in the next 5 years.
