There is no Interview, its about low salary. Lower you accept, more chances to get hired. Everything is controlled by one or two persons. So this is not a actual interview, there main objective is to pay less.

This company first take the one Technical Test which includes 20 Question Based on the Normal Question(Level Easy, Question from EC & EE). After That they announce the cutoff on the basis of strength or how many vacancy they came up for. In my Case cutoff is 8 out of 20. They announce the names of selected students in technical Round. after that they invite the selected students for personal interview.
