NOMA interview questions

All interviews were conducted on site from the start, which felt unusual given that most companies begin with Zoom and only move forward to in-person if things progress. The process included: • A conversation with the VP of Product, fairly standard, though he asked questions that required some knowledge of recall and precision. • A short and straightforward home assignment. • A follow-up interview with a software engineer to review the assignment, again with more recall and precision questions. The overall process was clear and not overly demanding. However, after completing all stages, I only received a generic rejection email with no feedback. A company is fully entitled to decline candidates, but at that point it is basic professionalism to provide at least some constructive feedback.
