Only the program manager and the HR participated. It lasted for around an hour. At first the manager gave a brief introduction of his department and the whole company. Then we underwent a quick Q&A about CV details. Any points related to the CV could become potential questions asked by them, even though they are irrelevant with the position, e.g., I had a former research on the real estate policy which is listed on the CV and the manager asked about my opinion on it (maybe it was only out of his interest). Then he asked about my idea about this position, gave me an example to illustrate my opinion. He emphasized that he did so only to get a clue of my way of thinking.
