Zoom interview. Ever had an interview where the interviewer brings up the topic of diversity, but a familiar tone of that NJ insularity comes through to you? That part. I must admit I didn't go into the interview very interested about the position, and this interview did nothing to inspire me. (Compared to other interviews I've had at other orgs.)
