I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NJEDge.Net
Interview
Preliminary and Final Interview seemed to go very well. Was told I would hear back within in a week. Didn't hear back. I reached out and was told I didn't get the job. I don't have a problem with not receiving an offer - I have a problem with a company completely ghosting potential candidates. It is just rude and unprofessional to act this way. It doesn't take much to send a short email saying that you didn't get the job. Maybe 2 minutes? Would not recommend this company to anyone serious.
Pros: Easy, friendly, and hired. Small team.
Cons: Everything takes a long time, from first contact to onboarding to actually starting the work.
However, if you are proactive about reaching out and following up, they are responsive.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at NJEDge.Net (Newark, NJ) in Sep 2013
Interview
Very positive. This was for a retainer job as conference organizer and marketing strategist. Personable, direct. It should be noted that I knew my supervisor prior to employment.
