Be strong in core areas and be fluent with your previous work and try to elaborate on your projects and also do some research about NIOT before attending the interview

Walk in interview but at last minute due to huge number of applications they conducted screening test.
Screeing test most consists of Fluid mechanics and a little about strength of materials
