Inizialmente mi sono state poste domande sulla mia esperienza lavorativa e sulle mansioni svolte, seguite da domande più personali riguardanti il mio carattere e il modo in cui ho gestito situazioni complesse o problematiche al lavoro.
Why am i a good fit for the company, sneaker and sales knowledge, expected salary, introduction of myself and what are my interests in general, if a customer is upset what do you do
Te hacen una entrevista grupal donde te explican la historia de Nike, el puesto ofertado, etc. Después se presenta cada candidato, te dan un papel con una situación que debes resolver y por último tienes que hacer un roleplay.
It was an easy and smooth process that involved sending through my cv and eventually led to an interview. The interview was pretty basic with simple questions. It was a very quick and efficient process.
