Very easy virtual interview. Got a call to come in and meet with a hiring manager about a week later. I met with a hiring manager to discuss scheduling. The process was fast and only took about two weeks. My experience was positive overall.
Quick and easy, first round is about 15 minute HireVue interview with about 6 questions on retail experience. Its all recorded responses so it isn't super intimidating. Next would be the in person interviews which is more of getting to know your character.
It was a group setting very much not a 1v1. Try to stand out but positively, Show intent and practicality, and show you will be a great teammate to work with.
