The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Portland, OR) in Oct 2010
Interview
Im still in the middle of the interview process. The first call was from a recruiter, asking basic questions about my background and experience.
A few behavioral questions were asked.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time you had very little guidance in your work, and what did you do?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Amsterdam) in Jun 2015
Interview
Straight forward, online application, 2 calls (skype or telephone), 1 on-site interview.
I applied online and sent my C.V and motivation letter to the recruiter, I suggest you try to put as much information on your sports and athletics behaviour (if you aren't into sports don't think you should apply..). Also it is a BIG BIG plus if you aware of the "NIKE FIT" idea/motto. There are certain types of people that fit Nike's mission and they really care if you are a part of their mission or not. If you can, visit the Nike campus (in Hilversum) and try to talk to people over there about how it is to work at Nike. People are friendly and the whole atmosphere is like a university campus.
Remember a suit and tie is a NO NO for the skype interview (yes they put the webcam on).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavioral questions, mostly the interview is about whether your possible team-mates would like you and if you think you would like what you'll be doing at the company.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NIKE (Beaverton, OR) in Jan 2009
Interview
I had a series of phone interviews since the company is located across the country from where i live. Everyone was friendly, most were hiring managers for positions available. I had 4 phone interviews with managers, 2 with HR, and then one call from my ultimate manager that hired me. The process started in Jan and I got hired on April Fools day. Took a long time, but was well worth it
