I had a phone interview with a recruiter to talk about my resume, then another phone interview with the Head Physiology Researcher that was more thorough, and then finally got flown out for an in person interview where I interviewed with about 8 people. It was laid back and informal which was nice. That is how the whole atmosphere of the Nike campus is.
