I had a total of 4 interviews mostly asking about what I like about Nike and why I want to work there. They interviewers were nice but unorganized when it came to the next steps. I would wait weeks in between interviews.
Very informative and straightforward. Human resources was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and made the entire process clear and transparent from start to finish. Their professionalism made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless."
Submitted resume and cover letter then got a hireview, importance on why Nike and draw to company and oregon. Next round is virtual and then go for a live day.
