Hireright does all of the hiring process for NIKE from phone interview to job offer, except the group interview which is generally 6-8 people with 3 upper mgmt. Fairly easy. Interview is on zoom. They gave me three or four questions and they were mostly about working as a team. My interview had three people in it so make sure you go prepare for it.
