Group, asked a lot of questions on fashion & sports. Work ethic. Chill environment. Had all types of people there. Had us watch a video in the beginning about the history.
1 round table interview with 3 other candidates. Very laid back. Most of the questions were asking your personality, they are really just trying to see if you'll fit in culturally, and if you can get along with everyone else on the team. All 3 of us who interviewed together got the job if I remember correctly.

Question 1
What is your experience running, or as an athlete?
Multiple interviewers and interviewees at a table, asked the same questions; some general, others specific to NIKE, like favorite athlete endorsed by NIKE. I did not use NIKE for straight athletics or follow sports, it was more recreationally based so I didn't know and stated that. Everyone else had a favorite athlete that was indorsed by them. I thought I wouldn't get a call back because of that but I did (me and two other interviewees that were there that day) and got offered the job.
