Visited the store in person and spoke with a manager who told me to apply online. Set up my account online and applied. Received a call within a week and had a group interview the following week and was offered the position in which I applied for.

It was a very straight forward process, interviewers were very nice and made me feel super comfortable while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Interview was held over zoom online due to Covid at the time. Overall a good experience
Was not stressfull, didn't take too long. Just make sure to speak up a lot. Use STAR method. Friendly vibe, just try relate questions to personal experiences. Be well mannered and try lead conversations and ideas.
