It was easy to apply especially if you have a resume saved on your laptop/computer because it uploads majority of the information.
They don't want to hear about "sneakerheads and your love of Jordans, they want an individual who can stand out and sale with passion

Name a time when you were given instruction that you did not want to do, how did you hanfle that situation?

Simple than expected. Nothing is unexpected. Fill in the form with details then share the experience. Started with self introduction and work experience. After that it is questions and answers sections.
It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
