Interview
The initial phone interview is about 5 min long, general questions like are you available for hire around this date.
The tricky part comes in for the 2nd interview which is held in a group setting. Make sure your answers stand out and you answer at least two questions, you’ll want to be memorable (not for rudeness)
Finally the hiring manager will call saying you’re hired or not. Please wear clothing/shoes with Nike branding .

Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.

Simple than expected. Nothing is unexpected. Fill in the form with details then share the experience. Started with self introduction and work experience. After that it is questions and answers sections.
