Heard about the posting through an internal source. Sent my resume to that internal staff member, they forwarded it to recruiters I assume. Heard back from them within a week via email They asked to set up a phone interview for the next week with two persons. I did the phone interview and had no surprising questions, this went well. I was then phoned back within a week to come in for an in-person interview where I was told three other supervisors/hiring managers would be there. I arrived and was greeted very nicely, introduced to three people in the room. They also told me I could expect many others dropping in from different departments to ask a few questions. They would be interviewing me for two different intern positions and seeing which one was more for me. In total I had about 6 or 7 people interview. It was very easy going and I did not feel uncomfortable while there. Questions ranged from "Which store display in a mall do you really like?", "What are your strengths?", "Why Nike?", "How do you choose which store to shop in?". Overall the interview went very well and I was happy with how it went. They let me know they would keep me up to date with when they decided on a person. I got a phone call within two weeks time letting me know I did not get the position. It was between another candidate and myself, they other person having more retail experience than me. This was a great experience and all staff were welcoming and open with the whole process.
