      Business Systems Analyst Intern Interview

      Oct 21, 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at NIKE in Mar 2013

      Interview

I applied through job posting at my school. I had an initial phone screening with an HR staff. It was very easy and behavioral. Make sure you know why you want to work at Nike. The second round was the video interview, answering 10 questions and recording it online. They were all behavioral. One question was "When was the time you showed your leadership skills?". The final round was phone interview with managers. I was interviewed by two managers. I mostly talked about my experience with working with data. Nothing too technical. Overall, the interview process was quick and not too difficult. However, I had no idea which position I was interviewing for until I started working there.
