I applied online and received an email from HR to schedule a phone interview.
After the phone interview, I was told about an upcoming interview that consisted of 8 other people. The group interview was laid back and not too demanding, they were just looking for energetic and sports savvy people. If you were chosen, they said you would receive an email regarding a background check and a phone call with a job offer.

The questions were really generally and were read randomly from a book.
Online quiz then interview via zoom with two team members. Went through a bunch of hypothetical customer interactions, teamwork and availability. Wanted to know how many hours I wanted and retail and athletic knowledge

I applied through the nike website and it took a few days to receive an email and follow through with an online interview process where they ask about 5 basic retail questions, and it gives you a certain amount of time to answer. Once I submitted the video, they reviewed it and got a call about a week later to offer me the job and let me know when the training process would begin.
