I applied online via their website. About a week later I received an email inviting me to complete an on-demand video interview. This din't take long as it was 5 questions in total, 2 typed questions about my availability, and 3 video responses about the company and position.

Why did you apply for the position of Sales Associate and where does Nike fit in your life.
La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

Simple than expected. Nothing is unexpected. Fill in the form with details then share the experience. Started with self introduction and work experience. After that it is questions and answers sections.
It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
