2 Series of group interviews where you have to answer questions that would apply to a retail role. They really just want to see if you have the ability to be sociable and know some things about sports to be in a retail role like Nike. Be yourself, if you are a natural fit then they will bring you on.

Name a time you met the perfect stranger and what you did to approach them?
It was a group interview and then it broke into one on one interviews. PowerPoints and quiz in group interview. There was questions about their missions and values and aims
Very easy interview process. Just an online interview and I was contacted by phone call a couple weeks later. They extended me an offer and asked me to come in for training.
