After several conversations regarding my general background, I was asked to participate in a panel interview. I was asked questions from a pre-generated list. This interview was conducted by 3-4 employees including the hiring manager.

Organised and detailed, yet relaxed approach to get to know the person. Nike took their time to get to know me as a person and gave feedback along the way.
Several rounds of interviews with different team members going over scenarios. Only issue is role was reevaluated at the end and the recruiter went quiet for some time. I received another offer by the time I heard back.
