Group interview in which basic questions were asked. Nothing that a person would need to vigorously prepare for, and it seemed that the interview questions may vary by interviewer, though the interviewer did have a sheet of questions he used as reference. Very relaxed and friendly process.

What is one thing that you are very passionate about?
It was a group interview and then it broke into one on one interviews. PowerPoints and quiz in group interview. There was questions about their missions and values and aims
Very easy interview process. Just an online interview and I was contacted by phone call a couple weeks later. They extended me an offer and asked me to come in for training.
