Interview
Group interview, so that was off putting. Made it seem like only one of us would make it. They treated it seriously, nothing too crazy just your basic behavioral interview questions.

They seek individuals whose dreams align with Nike’s mission, fostering mutual growth. The questions were engaging and thought-provoking, encouraging deep reflection on your intentions.

Interview
The application process is completed online. They will call you and offer you a group interview it they like your application. Three interviewers and three interviewees. They will ask a question and you can go in order or speak up first if you like. Most likely that all will be hired in a seasonal time.

Interview
Was not hard. They did want previous retail experience. They seemed to want to see how I was with my interpersonal skills and closing sales skills. It was one on one with the store manager.
