I applied to for an Nike Outlet from Nike's website (May 23.) 2 days later (May 25) I received an email from the Acquisition team to call them for a brief phone interview. They called me anyway. The interview was about 10-15 minutes finding out more about me i.e. Sports, activities, why Nike. After the interview, she advised me that she wants to set up a interview the next day. The interview was a group interview with only 1 other candidate. We were interviewed by the manager and a assistant manager. They asked a few questions and wanted to know if we had any questions at the end for them. We were asked some of the same questions and some different questions so you have to be prepared. YOU SHOULD HAVE QUESTIONS FOR THEM. Try to get to know them. Afterwards, they will explain to you that you will either get an email or call about not getting the job or you will get a background check. 6 days later (May 31) I received an email about a background check from HireRight which is a partner company for the hiring process for Nike. The process takes about 5 minutes at the max. The same day I received a copy of my background check (only if you want one from the HireRight process will you receive one.) The next day (June 1) I was sent an email by he Nike Acquisition Team saying that I would receive a call by next week about the next step in the hiring process (which is either a job offer or not.) 5 days later (June 6) I received a call offering a job.
