First Step: A brie phone interview, no longer than 20 minutes. They'll ask you why you want to work for Nike, ask you a few questions about customer service and then a question about a time when you manager asked you to do something that you didn't agree with. Second Step: You'll then be scheduled for a group interview. I applied for the Niketown location so it was a bit intimidating at first. The group interview had 4 different tables of 2 hiring managers and 3 applicants in a room, so its important to tune the other interviews out and pay attention to yours. Stay enthusiastic about the brand and don't stop smiling to show the hiring managers that you'll be a perfect fit. Third Step: If they choose to hire you, you'll receive an email in about a week, from a company named HireRight for you to submit a background check. Once everything comes back clear, you'll get a call with an offcial job offer in about a week.

Quick and easy, first round is about 15 minute HireVue interview with about 6 questions on retail experience. Its all recorded responses so it isn't super intimidating. Next would be the in person interviews which is more of getting to know your character.
