The interview process was overall fairly easy. The interviewers were friendly and the conversations were tailored to research interests, goals and experience. The process began as a panel interview followed by one on one interview.
I was asked to give an hour-long presentation followed by questions and answer session where the lab members were present. Then, I had opportunities to meet with the lab members as a small group. The discussion there was more informal and got a sense of lab culture. Few days later, I got the offer.
The HR interviewed me and asked questions one by one. One day, one person. A total of 8 HR interviewed me, and each person talked for one hour with me, so I spent 8 hours.
