Thorough but understandably so. This is a specialist and often misunderstood role. Heavy on the attention to detail and regulatory requirements. Application stage, written assessment stage, interview stage. No more strenuous than processes for similar roles

Question 1
Example of a time you provided a solution to a barrier
I applied online. I interviewed at NHS Resolution in Jun 2024
Interview
Online assessment day with 3 stages - group task, individual interview and finally the written task. All pretty straightforward if a bit robotic. Following the assessment day I received an email to let me know when I would receive an outcome. This date came and went so I emailed back to chase this up - nearly two weeks have passed since I should have received an outcome but instead I've been ghosted. I expected better from the NHS.

Question 1
Pretty standard competency-based interview questions.
Applied on LinkedIn and I was short listed. Next stages were undertaking a written exercise, assessment centre and interview with two managers. The process well organised and all the assessment were remote.
