I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NHS (Bristol, England) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview process involved assessing organizational skills, communication, multitasking ability, and knowledge about the company. They also ran through about the company and what the role will do. There was also behavioral questions, skills tests, and situational scenarios.
The NHS admin interview process usually includes questions about previous administrative experience, communication skills, confidentiality, teamwork, and handling patient information. Candidates may also be asked scenario-based questions to assess problem-solving, organisation, and ability to work under pressure in a healthcare environment.
Good experience I felt they weee friendly and very short but I felt they just were doing a tick box instead of selling myself , I met the team went around the ward and that sort of thing so I’m very pleased
Applied on the NHS jobs website, where I filled out personal information and wrote why I was a suitable fit for the role and how I match the criteria for the role. Consisted of a series of questions relevant to the duties of the role being applied for.
