Interview
Well laid out, clear communication, but the assessment centre day was weak, I think they probably suffered from having to put in online rather than in person. The process up to that was very standard.
Straightforward

HR interview was easy - basic questions
Role-playing - you are given a real-world situation where NHS is having some issues - you will be given a specific role like maybe the regional head of change management - you nee to convince everyone to accept a new program you are introducing - other people on the call will play the roles of different people who will try to deny your solution
